About Us
The Fitness Center is located in the Recreation Complex at #33 East Glendale Road.  The Fitness Center is open to ages 16 and older. Youth ages 13-15 must attend a fitness center orientation prior to using the equipment. Contact 314-963-5600 to schedule an appointment.

  • Monday - Friday 5:30 am - 9:30 pm
  • Saturday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Sunday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Call for special holiday hours
